I am Sepideh Khosravani a fully qualified and Accredited BACP member Counsellor with an Integrative approach. This means I can use skills from several schools of psychotherapy such as Humanistic, Cognitive, Behavioural and Psychodynamic, with the awareness of clients’ social and transpersonal characteristics. I adhere to the BACP ethical codes of practice and treat all sessions and enquiries with strict confidentiality.

We are living in an increasingly diverse society and to meet the needs of my clients I provide cross cultural counselling and practise ethically with my varied clients, including immigrants. I provide authentic therapy, which is sensitive to where my clients are coming from, how they are living their lives and relationship challenges that they are facing.

I provide a safe and confidential therapeutic space where one can explore concerns and the areas where one wishes to develop or achieve.

I have experience of working with LGBTQ issues and specifically ethnic minority LGBT individuals and their families. Also, I offer mindfulness and meditation guidance if my clients feel they might benefit alongside counselling.  The type of clients I am used to helping include people who are suffering from losses and bereavement, abuse victims from childhood to adulthood and those who are impacted by relatives or friends with addictions and illnesses such as dementia and cancer.  With my training, I am able to understand the dilemmas facing carers, especially those looking after disabled or vulnerable people. One of my aims is to help these carers to explore their options. I also, help people with work related issues such as stress, low self-esteem and sometimes experiencing bullying at work. I offer one to one sessions (online or face to face )in English or Farsi .
